Broccoli Cheddar Soup

I, as most people I talk to about it, first tried Broccoli Cheddar soup at Panera Bread. Again, like most people, I LOVED it! Its one of my favorite light soups to indulge in on a cold day. Accompanied by a sandwich, or sandwich, this soup is filling but not overbearing.
